My practice approach reflects my strong belief in the mind, body, and spirit connection and the belief that emotional health and wellness are strengthened by our nutrition and lifestyle choices. I work with my clients to help them better understand these connections; to recognize their nutrition and lifestyle choices; and how they impact mood and stress levels.
